Following the announcement on November 29, 2024, regarding Anritsu’s agreement to acquire a 32.72% stake in SmartViser, Gilles Ricordel (SmartViser CEO) confirms that the French Government has officially approved the deal following the regulatory checks. With this significant milestone achieved, we are now ready to advance into the next chapter of collaboration between Anritsu and SmartViser.
This strategic acquisition was initially approved during Anritsu’s Board of Directors meeting on November 27, 2024, followed by the formal signing of a stock purchase agreement. The partnership aims to enhance the capabilities of both companies in delivering advanced testing solutions to meet the evolving demands of the telecommunications industry.
